Six steps from brief to handover
What happens after you say yes: survey, design, approval, production, installation and a warranted handover.
Six steps from brief to handover
Brief and site survey
We take the brief through the form or WhatsApp, then survey the site: facade photos by day and night, measurements, power and access.
Design and proof
A dimensioned drawing and a render on a photo of your actual site, and a digital proof for print, Arabic first.
Approval and Amanah requirements
You approve the design in writing, and we help with the municipality (Amanah) requirements: we prepare the sign file with the drawing, dimensions and specification to Balady's needs.
Production
We place the job with the production partner suited to it, follow it through and check it against the approved drawing, with a material sample first where it matters.
Installation
Specialist crews we arrange and coordinate, from scaffold or crane, at night or after hours when needed, with the site organised and safe.
Handover and warranty
A final check (at night for lighting), handover with the warranty, and the size files kept for any later addition.
The steps for each service are on its page. All services
What we check at the site survey
- Frontage width and the band between the ground and first floor
- Facade finish materials and their condition
- Nearest power source and the cable route
- Access: scaffold or crane, and the permitted working hours
- What the Amanah or the mall requires at this site
