Quotations
A quotation is based on the specification and dimensions stated in it and is revised if these change after the survey or approval. Its validity period is stated on the quotation.
Approvals and proofs
Production starts after your written approval of the design or proof. Spelling errors or dimensions approved by the client are the client's responsibility and any remake is charged.
Permits
Sign licences and permits are issued in the business owner's name. We prepare the sign file to the requirements; obtaining the licence and paying its fees remain the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms and delivery dates are stated on the quotation. Lead times are estimates and start from final approval and receipt of the agreed payment.
Intellectual property
The client confirms it holds the rights to the logos, images and text it provides. Design files we produce remain the property of Digital Way until full payment unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty and liability
The warranty covers fabrication and installation defects for the period stated on the quotation and excludes misuse, accidents and third-party damage. Slight colour variance between screen and material is normal and is not a defect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are settled amicably first, then through the competent authorities in Jeddah.
