The buyer's question

We want a reception sign, door plaques and floor directories at the standard our office deserves, in Arabic and English.

We work with office managers, partners at law and engineering firms and facility managers at fit-out or move-in. In office buildings the upper-floor businesses share one directory sign, so the reception sign becomes the brand's first appearance to a client, and that is where we start: material, lighting, then the rest of the sign schedule down to the exit signs.

Quoting

How quoting works

Priced per sign from the sign schedule, with material samples before production and evening installation included in the quote.

  1. Send the logo and the office plan

  2. Sign schedule: type, bilingual text, location and material

  3. Material samples: acrylic, stainless, brass

  4. A per-sign quote and an evening installation date

FAQ

Questions clients ask before ordering

Acrylic, stainless or brass?

Acrylic: clean look, moderate cost, wipe-clean maintenance. Brushed stainless: premium metal look that survives busy corridors. Brass: a classic identity that needs a protective coat to hold its colour. We send samples before fabrication.

Lit or unlit reception logo?

Halo lighting suits light reception walls and lifts the logo in the evening; unlit is enough in well-lit receptions and saves the wiring. We show both as a render on a photo of your wall.

How do we specify the bilingual text order?

Arabic first (above or on the right) and English after it at the same size; the order is fixed in the sign schedule so it repeats on every sign.

Can you match our brand Pantone?

For print, vinyl and back-painted acrylic we match the nearest value and produce a swatch on the actual material for approval. Metal finishes (stainless, brass) have their natural colour and are not Pantone-matched.

What is the lead time for a 20-sign office?

It depends on the number of signs, the materials and when the schedule and samples are approved; we confirm the timeline in the quote. Installation happens in the evening so work is not disrupted.

Do you install after hours?

Yes, most office projects are installed in the evening or at the weekend to avoid disruption.
