We confirm the delivery date when the design is approved, in 85×200 cm or 100×200 cm; send the event date and we build the schedule backwards from it.
Can you deliver and set up at the venue?
Yes, delivery, setup and dismantling of backdrops, stands and flags in and around Jeddah.
Do you issue e-invoices?
Yes, VAT invoices compliant with ZATCA requirements for government and corporate purchase orders.
What is the minimum order for gift sets?
It varies by item; locally stocked items from about 50 pieces, custom imports from 300 to 500 pieces.
Can you print an annual report against a tight deadline?
Yes, when the file arrives print-ready and the binding is not hard cover; we confirm the date before the proof, not after. Hard cover and special finishes take longer, and we set that in the quote.
Do you design Arabic-first and proofread?
Yes, the studio designs and proofreads in Arabic, English and French and can deliver in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with reading direction built into the layout and national symbols used correctly.
