The buyer's question

We are opening a new branch: who delivers the storefront, the menu, the cups and the labels in one identity and on the opening date?

We work with owners and brand managers opening or refreshing an outlet, with franchise operators rolling out several branches, and with food producers who need compliant labels. Three authorities meet in this sector: the Amanah on the storefront, the mall on tenant design, and the SFDA on menus and food labels. We put every item on one schedule that ends before opening day.

Quoting

How quoting works

Send the current menu, a product photo or a facade photo, and we reply with a per-item quote and a schedule that ends before your opening date.

  1. Requirements check: Amanah, mall management, SFDA

  2. Facade render, menu proof and cup and label samples

  3. A per-item quote with the minimum quantities

  4. A production and installation schedule that ends before opening

FAQ

Questions clients ask before ordering

What must be on a food label?

The SFDA technical regulation SFDA.FD/GSO 9 for labelling of prepackaged foods, with GSO 2233 for nutrition labelling and SFDA.FD 2333 for claims, per the SFDA; Arabic is mandatory. We check your label against these before printing.

Do you design the nutrition panel?

We lay it out in the required format; the SFDA offers a free food-label calculator on its site, and the values remain the producer's or laboratory's responsibility.

Can we open with a temporary banner while the letters are made?

It depends on the Amanah and the mall; temporary banners often need a temporary permit through Balady or the landlord's approval. The safer route is to start the letters early enough, and we help with the temporary permit request when needed.

Paper or BOPP labels for chilled products?

For chilled products, BOPP or PE with a cold- and moisture-tolerant adhesive and a protective laminate; paper suits dry goods only.

What is the minimum for printed cups?

Paper cups usually from 1,000 cups and folding cartons from about 500 boxes; we confirm per size and print method.

How do we reprint the menu after price changes?

We keep the menu files, update the prices and print short digital runs quickly, or design the menu with a swappable insert or a QR code to a digital menu so the acrylic boards are not reprinted.
