Fuel-station rebranding: canopy, pumps, price tower and safety signage

One identity across several stations, to a uniform standard and without closing, under the 1445H fuel-station and service-centre requirements.

The buyer's question

Who applies the identity to the canopy, pumps, price tower and safety signs across several stations, to one standard, without shutting the stations?

We work with station operators and multi-site fleet owners, brand managers at fuel companies, and contractors rehabilitating stations under the 1445H requirements. The station keeps trading while we work: the job is phased, night shifts are used where needed, and colours and materials are fixed in one production batch so the tenth station matches the first.

Quoting

How quoting works

Priced per station after surveying one representative site, with a phased execution plan and a single production batch for all locations.

  1. Number of stations, locations and class (inside the urban boundary or on regional roads)

  2. Survey of one representative station: canopy, pumps, tower, signs and power

  3. The operator's brand manual with RAL and vinyl codes to lock the colours

  4. Phased plan with night work and forecourt traffic management

  5. A per-station quote and a schedule for the multiple sites

FAQ

Questions clients ask before ordering

Can you work while the station is open?

Yes, the work is phased by pump island, with night shifts where needed and cones, barriers and traffic management as the requirements demand, so the station keeps selling.

Do you supply the electronic price display or integrate the operator's?

We build the tower structure and panels, prepare the display aperture and cabling, and integrate the price display the operator approves so it meets the requirements: IP65 rating, English numerals in uniform sizes and one price per product.

How do you keep colours identical across sites?

With the operator's brand manual, RAL codes for paint and vinyl codes for wraps, and by producing all sites in one batch of the same material, with an approved sample kept for comparison.

What safety wording is mandatory?

Bilingual warning signs reading “No smoking, switch off the engine, danger: highly flammable petroleum materials”, plus first-aid signs, a site map and labelled emergency fuel shut-off switches, per the 1445H requirements.

How long does one station take?

It depends on the scope (canopy, pumps, tower, signs) and whether night work is possible. We set a phased schedule per station after the survey and hold to it, because the station keeps trading throughout.

Do you do the 10 km pre-station highway sign?

That sign is coordinated with the Ministry of Transport and is usually the operator's scope. We help design its content to the operator's specification on request.
