Hoarding, project boards and print for real-estate developers and contractors

A hoarding that follows the ministry guide, printed and lit before excavation starts and maintained for the permit period, plus project boards and sales-centre branding.

Printed project hoarding behind an outdoor exercise area with apartment buildings beyond, Jeddah
The buyer's question

Who builds us a hoarding that follows the fencing guide, printed and lit, before excavation starts, and maintains it for the whole permit period?

We work with development managers, project managers at contractors and supervising consultants at the moment the permit is issued or the site is mobilised, and with marketing managers ahead of a launch. The construction-site hoarding guide sets what is required by street width; we deliver it from the layout to the night lighting, then stay to maintain it until the facade is finished and the sidewalk is built.

Quoting

How quoting works

Priced per linear metre after a site visit, including the layout, the artwork, the consultant's sheet and the phased installation plan.

  1. Site visit: measure the perimeter and classify the street by width

  2. A compliant proposal with the hoarding layout, gates and a bill of quantities

  3. The hoarding sheet the consultant attaches to the building drawings

  4. A per-linear-metre quote covering lighting, the information board and the maintenance contract

FAQ

Questions clients ask before ordering

How long does 200 m of hoarding take?

It depends on the street width, the material, the lighting and the excavation date; we confirm the timeline in the proposal. We phase installation so excavation starts on time.

Can we change the artwork mid-project?

Yes, the guide allows the artwork to be changed later through the supervising consultant. We keep the size files and swap the affected panels without dismantling the hoarding.

Who submits the hoarding sketch?

They go in with the building drawings the consultant submits before the licence on streets wider than 40 m. We prepare the full sheet (layout, equipment route, artwork, material) for the consultant to add to the file.

Do you handle night lighting and earthing?

Yes, LED floodlights on earthed circuits with safe cabling as the guide requires, plus the reflective warning signs.

What happens when the permit expires before completion?

The hoarding must be moved back to the property line and the sidewalk restored. We handle the repositioning and replace damaged panels under the maintenance contract.

Do you maintain it monthly?

Yes, under a maintenance contract with monthly visits, panel replacement and lighting checks, because the guide holds the contractor fully responsible for the hoarding throughout.
