The brief
A new building with a pale stone facade needed an identity readable from the street and inside the reception, in Arabic and English together, across different materials: exterior stone, oak, black marble and glass. The ask was one family of letters that holds together on every material, and an installation that leaves no mark on finished surfaces.
Scope
- Exterior letters cut from aluminium with a dark finish, fixed to the stone facade with concealed pins, on the front and the building corner
- Interior letters on the oak walls of the reception and corridors
- The logo in Arabic and English on the marble reception counter
- Geometric frosted film on the glass partitions of the meeting rooms
- Stainless letters for the internal offices
Result
One family of letters across five materials, with consistent alignment between Arabic and English, and a clean installation with no mark on the stone or wood. The size files are kept for any later extension.
